I don't think she was asking so much whether or not it's considered slang as whether or not it means spaghetti bolognese (which is what I was also assuming).

It's too hard to cook for myself. I don't know how those of you that live alone manage to eat properly. WB is convinced that if I was left up to my own devices I'd subsist on lettuce and air.
